Student Registration

All students seeking admission to 11th standard (FYJC – First Year Junior College) in Maharashtra for the academic year 2025-26 must complete the online registration through the official website.

Here is a step-by-step guide to help students with the registration process:


✅ Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Go to the official FYJC Admission Portal:

✅ Step 2: Create a New Student Account

  • Click on the Student Login / Registration link.
  • Choose New Student Registration.
  • Enter basic details such as:
    • Student’s Name
    • Date of Birth
    • Mobile Number (active)
    • Email ID (if available)
  • Create a secure password for future login.
  • You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number for verification.

✅ Step 3: Fill Part-1 of the Application Form

After successful registration and login:

  • Fill in personal details, address, school name, SSC board details, etc.
  • Upload a passport-size photo (if required).
  • Save and proceed to the next step.

✅ Step 4: Fill Part-2 – Preference Filling

  • Select the junior colleges in order of preference (minimum 1 and maximum 10).
  • Make sure to prioritize your most desired college first.
  • Check the cut-off trends before filling preferences.

✅ Step 5: Upload Documents

Upload the required documents in digital format:

  • SSC Marksheet
  • Aadhar Card
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Income Certificate (for reserved categories)
  • Special category documents (if any)

✅ Step 6: Submit and Lock the Form

  • Preview all the details carefully.
  • Once confirmed, click “Submit & Lock Application”.
  • Take a printout or save a PDF copy for future reference.

💳 Registration Fee Payment

  • Registration fees must be paid online only through UPI / Net Banking / Debit or Credit Card.
  • Keep the payment receipt for verification.

📌 Important Notes:

  • Incomplete or incorrect applications may be rejected.
  • If a student is allotted their first preference college, admission is mandatory.
  • After allotment, visit the college with original documents to confirm admission.
